One of Totem Tech's clients is a microbusiness engineering firm consisting of a husband-and-wife team. They specialize in designing cybersecurity solutions for Department of War (DoW) logistics and construction programs, and accordingly they frequently handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). To save costs, this client manages the HRDN-IT enclave themselves instead of outsourcing to an IT Service Provider. This means they execute all CUI-security-related tasks, such as ensuring only authorized and updated applications are allowed to run on the PC.

It's integrated SuperShield agent and novel "Adaptive" approach allows the staff to quickly assess and authorize software in real-time based on user experience, not a rigid corporate policy. Known malware is automatically blocked, and unknown software can be manually blocked if needed.
In the background, PC Matic Pro also runs "fingerprint" scans to identify vulnerable and outdated software. It then prompts the PC user to run updates when necessary, taking the guesswork out of vulnerability management.
